As creative director for this project, I was responsible for developing digital advertisements that aligned with our message of “finding a job worth you”. I collaborated with others to design ads for various platforms including YouTube, Hulu, Instagram, Spotify, and even a bus stop ad. Additionally, I created professional mockups for all the ads, which were later included in the plans book to be presented at ADFED (short for Advertising Federation)

Additionally, I Assigned tasks to team members based on their individual strengths and expertise, ensuring that each project was completed efficiently and effectively.
